摘要:
玻璃天花板作为当前社会客观存在的现象,阻碍了女性职业发展的道路,这不仅与社会现代化不相符,更不利于社会和谐。本文通过对玻璃天花板含义及现状分析,并从性别平等角度指出玻璃天花板现象产生的原因,提出要从女性自身、企业及政府等各方面应正视两性差异,给与女性公平的职业发展起点与机会,突破玻璃天花板的阻隔,构建两性平等的和谐社会。
Abstract:
As a social phenomenon,the" glass ceiling effect "blocks female career paths, which not only obviously violates the trends of modernization,but also goes against social harmony . Based on the analysis of connotation, present situation and reason of the glass ceiling according to the principle of sexual equality, the writer suggests to envisage gender difference from women themselves, enterprise and government ,and endow fair starting point, opportunity on bisexual career development to break the glass ceiling and construct the social harmony of sexual equality.
