Research on the Dual-Driver Empowerment Mechanism of Digital Intelligence Innovation and Green Entrepreneurship for College Students’ Employability

Abstract: Against the backdrop of digital economy and green transformation, the employment market for college students is undergoing profound changes, with both the connotation and extension of employability being redefined and supply-demand mismatches becoming increasingly pronounced. This paper proposes a dual-driver model integrating digital intelligence innovation and green entrepreneurship, grounded in technology adoption theory, entrepreneurial ecosystem theory, and the SAVE model of employability, to explore its empowerment mechanisms for enhancing college students' employability.Theoretical analysis reveals the dual logical coupling between technology adoption and ecological transformation, as well as the composite nature of employability enhancement.Four multidimensional mechanisms are identified:(1) the motivational mechanism activates intrinsic drivers for technology adoption and the traction of green values;(2) the capability-building mechanism generates compound synergies between digital literacy and green competencies;(3) the value realization mechanism achieves synergistic resonance between efficiency optimization and sustainable benefits;(4) the systemic support mechanism reduces costs and enhances efficiency through entrepreneurial ecosystem resource integration and digital infrastructure.Digital infrastructure and green policies construct a dual-track support system that lowers technology adoption barriers and entrepreneurial costs, while university-enterprise-government collaboration forms an empowerment governance paradigm addressing talent supply-demand disconnects. This model transcends single-driver limitations and provides a novel paradigm for enhancing college students' employability.
